The Management of Al Ansari Exchange takes keen interest in engaging in philanthropic services to deserving people, communities and entities, whether independently or through Government supported programs.

Al Ansari Exchange has recently donated AED 7 mio. towards the Ministry of Health’s initiative of setting up “Shoukah Medical Centre” to provide medical facilities to people residing in the remote area of Shoukah in Ras Al Khaimah. This generosity was greatly appreciated by H.E. Dr. Hanif Hassan Ali, UAE’s Minister of Health. Shoukah Medical Centre will serve of 1500 families by providing them easy access to medical facilities. This initiative is a part of the commitment Al Ansari Exchange made last year by signing a MOU to provide AED 12 mio. to support initiatives of Ministry of Health. The medical center is expected to be functional within the next 12 months.

Al Ansari Exchange has donated generously to the victims of the recent typhoon in Philippines. As a gesture of solidarity with the victims and their kin, Al Ansari Exchange facilitated donations by way of money transfers to authorized charitable organizations, free of charge. It also contributed AED 1 to the victims of Typhoon Ketsana (Ondoy) out of its own funds for every transfer made by customers to Philippines.

Al Ansari Exchnge , recently organized a blood donation for its staff at its Head Office in partnership with Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Abu Dhabi Blood Bank. More than 70 employees actively participated in donating blood.

Emphasis is laid on energy conservation and environment protection by encouraging staff members to save electricity and regulate unnecessary wastage of paper and other resources.

The company also has plans to conduct summer programs for UAE National college students whereby they can undergo specialized trainings in various departments and be better prepared to handle their career planning.
